I, Robert Bucksath, am the Principal Solicitor at Fairness Law.​

I am an experienced lawyer practising in New South Wales, with a strong focus on criminal law. My background includes several years as a prosecutor with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), as well as several years' experience as a criminal defence lawyer.

This dual perspective allows me to approach your case strategically, with a clear understanding of how matters are assessed from both sides.
