I, Robert Bucksath, am the Principal Solicitor at Fairness Law.
I am an experienced lawyer practising in New South Wales, with a strong focus on criminal law. My background includes several years as a prosecutor with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), as well as several years' experience as a criminal defence lawyer. This dual perspective allows me to approach your case strategically, with a clear understanding of how matters are assessed from both sides. I also practise in employment law and provide assistance with basic estate planning. My primary obligation at the start of a matter is to properly and fully understand your instructions and then put those instructions into action. If your instructions require variation because of legal issues, for example, I will provide you with that advice. You will be kept completely informed at every stage. While it is impossible and unethical to promise you a particular or specific outcome, I will work hard to achieve the best possible outcome for you in all the circumstances of your case. |
