A note on Section 10:

A common question is whether a Section 10 (no conviction) can be guaranteed. A Section 10 cannot be guaranteed. It requires a well-prepared case with strong supporting material. I will provide honest advice about the likely outcome of your case and work strategically to achieve the best possible result for you.
